Why are some products unavailable in my area

Fresh baked products are only available in Pretoria & JHB area. This is to ensure that customers receive the products as fresh and high quality as possible. Other products such as our biscuits, spreads and jams are available nationwide, depending on the available stock.

I am unable to checkout because of an invalid location error.

This may be caused because the postal code you are using is not being covered by our system to calculate delivery fees.

Please reach out to us so that we can add the postal code to our coverage area if it is viable.

How do I cancel a order?

We can accommodate cancellations or rescheduling of a delivery up to 14h00 the day before your scheduled delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or reschedule your order after 14h00 the day before your scheduled delivery as all your items are made and packed to order. Can I update an item in my order?

My payment was cancelled. What now?

A 'Payment Cancelled' message most likely occurs when the payment window time has elapsed. You can try the payment again or contact us for assistance

How do I update my delivery address?

Log into your online shop profile, click on the profile icon and navigate to 'Address Book'. You can save multiple delivery addresses and edit each one by clicking on 'Edit'. Each address can also have a nickname. You can delete a delivery address at any time.

Can I choose my delivery date?

Yes, you will have the option to select the delivery date of your choice, depending on the product you ordered. Freshly baked products can only be delivered on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Whereas the rest of the products can be scheduled for any time if it falls within the (2-3 Business day wait period).

Next-day delivery is only available in Pretoria, Johannesburg & surrounds. Place your order by completing payment before 14h00 the day before your desired delivery date.

Do you send an ETA in advance on delivery days?

You will receive an email notification when your goods are on the way. In fresh delivery areas you will get a notification on the day when you have scheduled your delivery

I will not be home at the time of delivery. What do I do?
