Return and Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. Please review our return and refund policy below for any issues or cancellations.


Order Cancellations

  • More than two days before delivery or collection: You may cancel your order and receive a full refund, less a 2% cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.
  • Less than two days before delivery or collection: Canceled orders will not be refunded but will qualify for store credit instead.

Refunds for canceled orders may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.


Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Freshly baked goods that were delivered or collected as scheduled.
  • Delivery fees for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability at the time of delivery.

Uncollected Orders

If you have chosen collection and fail to pick up your order within 24 hours of the designated collection time, your order will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.


Damaged Items

Once your product has been delivered or collected, we are not responsible for any damage caused during transportation, setup, or handling. We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are concerns.


Delivery Issues

For unsuccessful local deliveries due to customer unavailability, your order will be returned to our store in Moreleta Park, and you will need to make your own arrangements to collect the order. Delivery fees are non-refundable, and we cannot accommodate redeliveries.
