Shipping policy

We offer two types of delivery methods: Local Delivery (Freshly Baked Goods) and Countrywide Courier Shipping (All Other Products).


Local Delivery (Freshly Baked Goods Only, such as croissants, breads, pastries and cakes)

Delivery Days and Lead Times:

  • Freshly baked goods are delivered on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays only.
  • Orders for freshly baked goods require a 2-day lead time to ensure freshness.

Order Cutoff Times:

  • For delivery on Tuesday, orders must be placed by Sunday at 12:00 AM.
  • For delivery on Friday, orders must be placed by Wednesday at 2:00 PM.
  • For delivery on Saturday, orders must be placed by Thursday at 2:00 PM.

Delivery Times:
Deliveries will be made between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on the delivery day.

If You Are Not Home:
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our driver will attempt to contact you and wait for up to 10 minutes. If the delivery is unsuccessful, your package will be returned to our store in Moreleta Park, and you will need to arrange for collection. Delivery fees are non-refundable, and we cannot accommodate redeliveries.

Delivery Area:
Local delivery is only available in Pretoria, Johannesburg, and surrounding areas.


Countrywide Courier Shipping (All Other Products)

Shipping Times:
For all non-perishable products, we offer nationwide courier shipping. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but typically range from 2-5 business days.

Shipping Cost:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

FREE Shipping is provided for all orders more than R750.

PUDO Smart Locker System:

We will ship the package to the nearest PUDO locker from the address provided at checkout.

Important:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays or returned shipments.


Collection Policy

If you select collection, your order will be ready by 9:00 AM on the designated collection day. Orders must be collected within 24 hours of the collection date. Failure to collect within this timeframe will result in the loss of your order without a refund.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders canceled more than two days before delivery/collection are eligible for a full refund, less a 2% cancellation fee.
  • Orders canceled less than two days before delivery/collection will qualify for store credit only.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
